We Love Resellers

We work with a lot of resellers.  Most are IT consultants, some are Managed Service Providers, and more than a few are just regular tech guys helping out a friend’s business.  Some of them have been with us from the start – over 15 years.

Talk to an Owner…

Resellers will always be able to contact an actual owner of the company, via main office phone line, cell, email or text.  We’re based U.S. based (Chicago area) and pride ourselves on our ability to quickly and thoroughly answer our customers questions/issues.

Are your Services “White-Label”?

Resellers do not have the ability to label our services as their own, with their own branding.  However, all of our services are have their own semi-generic domain names that do not link back directly to this site (with has the pricing on it).  We have many IT consultants who mark-up our prices to their clients, and you are free to do so as well if you like.

We also have a lot of consultants who just pass along our fees to their clients without marking them up.  They make their money on their hourly rates.

Reseller Perks

Resellers get free service for their own domain.  We want you to be familiar with the services we offer so we’ll let you use them for free.  That includes Hosted Exchange, spam filtering, email archiving, web hosting, & DNS backups.  As long as you have at least one paying customers using our services, they are free to you.  And, if you would like to preview the services before you bring your customers, that’s fine too.  We’ll set you up with a free trial for any of our services.

What Resellers Want…

  • Communication.  “Can I talk to someone right now who knows what they’re doing?”
  • Quality Services.  Not some shady company with oversold bandwidth and overworked servers.
  • Admin access to all client accounts.
  • Pricing that is better than competitive.
  • Ability to add customers quickly and easily.
  • No contracts or reseller agreements.

Billing

Billing is handled in one of two ways.  Either is fine with us.

  • We bill the reseller and then the reseller bills the end client.  This is the preferred method if the reseller wants to set their own pricing for services (mark them up).
  • We bill the end client directly.  We bill the client at our base rates.  The reseller is not involved.  Most “resellers” choose this option becasue it simplifies things for them.

We don’t have reseller agreements or contracts.  Just let us know that you have a customer that would like service or that you want a free trial on a service and we’ll get it going.  It’s that simple.  We look forward to working with you.
